The bill (Reg. No. 4521) harmonizes chapter 34 of the Criminal-Procedural Code with clause 20 of the Criminal Code as to the pre-trial procedure and judicial inquiry of criminal cases involving to the persons who committed the crime in the state of diminished sanity.
The bill amends clauses 324, 417, 418, 420, 421, 422, 423 of the Criminal-Procedural Code of Ukraine and supplements it with a new clause 422-1.
